The Global Border Studies Research Collaborative is a transdisciplinary network of scholars, students, and community partners dedicated to advancing justice-centered, community-engaged research across global borderlands.
Rooted in the Imperial Valley–Mexicali region, our collaborative explores how borders—social, ecological, and geopolitical—shape health, migration, environment, and education. We connect local realities with global perspectives to promote equity, sustainability, and human rights.
